In the words of a good friend of mine, who lives and works in America:
"Something many Americans are unaware of, and that leads them to make a bit of a screw up here & there, for example, naming a drink “The Car Bomb”. How might they feel if we marked 9/11 with a drink called “Suicide Plane”? As somebody who served briefly in Northern Ireland during the Troubles, it does annoy me somewhat that this happens..."
